PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards and support most forms of digital payments. We do not accept checks and bank transfers. Please reach out to info@biosculpturenails.com with any questions.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

We ship our orders within Canada from our warehouse in Burlington, Ontario through Canada Post and Purolator.  We strive to dispatch orders within 2 business days, when delays are expected, our customer service will reach out to communicate.  Antevorta reserves the right to adjust logistics policies without additional notification.  

You will be provided order and shipping confirmation. If you would like additional information about your order or if you need to cancel or change your order, please email info@biosculpturenails.com  and provide your order number.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We normally respond within 1 business day and maximum 2 business days during peak sales and holiday seasons.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to all provinces and territories of Canada.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Mail Drop Off/ Pickup Centers.  

EXCHANGES

We do not accept product exchanges at this time.
